About This Project

Procedures for destroying micro-organisms by the application of heat (i.e. food sterilization) can be simulated. It is often needed a flexible tool allowing modification of product type, quantity, shape of tray, type of heating cycle. Furthermore, some specific quality indexes for the process need to computed in post-processing analysis.

A customized FE-based GUI can do it!
